  • Location: Sanpete County, UT + travel opportunities

    This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in welding and fabrication. You will work alongside experienced team members to develop skills in shop practices, fabrication processes, and field support while learning industry standards and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with fabrication, fit-up, and material preparation

    • Support welders and shop operations

    • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

    • Learn welding and fabrication techniques

    • Support field work as needed

  • Location: Sanpete County, UT + travel opportunities

    We are seeking a certified welder/fabricator to support both shop fabrication and field service work. This role includes layout, fit-up, welding, and assembly across a wide range of projects including boilers, pressure systems, piping, structural components, equipment repair, and custom fabrication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform certified welding and fabrication in shop and field settings

    • Read and interpret drawings, WPSs, and work instructions

    • Maintain quality, safety, and documentation standards

    • Support installations, repairs, and custom builds

    • Work collaboratively with shop and field teams

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Current welding certifications

    • Experience with industrial, piping, or pressure systems (preferred)

    • Ability to read prints and perform accurate fit-up

    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

    • Willingness to travel for field assignments as needed

  • Location: Shop & Field

    We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to serve in a leadership role overseeing crews, projects, and job execution. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage work safely and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead shop and field crews

    • Coordinate project execution and workflow

    • Ensure quality standards and code compliance

    • Communicate with management and customers

    • Mentor and develop junior team members

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Extensive welding and fabrication experience

    • Proven leadership or foreman experience

    • Knowledge of ASME/code work (strongly preferred)

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Future Quality Control Manager Path

    Location: Shop & Field

    We are seeking a certified welder/fabricator interested in transitioning into a Quality Control leadership role. This position will work closely with our current Quality Control Manager to support quality systems, documentation, inspections, and code compliance, with the intention of stepping into the Quality Control Manager position in the near future.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support quality documentation and procedures

    • Assist with inspections and compliance requirements

    • Learn ASME and National Board quality systems

    • Work with shop and field teams to maintain standards

    • Develop into a future Quality Control Manager

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Certified welder/fabricator with industry experience

    • Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Interest in quality systems, inspection, and compliance

    • Ability to learn technical codes and standards

    • Leadership potential and long-term commitment

    Training and mentorship will be provided to support the transition into this key leadership role.
